COSMYNIX is an interpretive assistant that uses birth information and chat. It does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

COSMYNIX is a product/brand. It is not a corporation, a legal entity, or a separate company. The service is operated by Mete Mengütay, a sole proprietorship operating in Türkiye.

A public business/contact address is not stated in this draft. Tax numbers, national identity numbers, and private residential addresses are not published.

When you create an account, COSMYNIX servers keep a user record. That record includes an account identifier, email when provided, language preference, timezone, and the identity-provider user identifier.

Sign-in may use email/password, Google, or Apple. If you use Apple private email relay, transactional mail may be delivered to a hidden Apple address.

The primary birth profile can include a name, birth date, optional birth time, timezone, and birth place (name, latitude, longitude). This is used to generate charts and interpretations.

Chat content and related memory records are stored against your account. If you use visual analysis, uploaded images and generated observations are also linked to your account.

Report orders, generation status, produced HTML/PDF files, and delivery-notification records may be stored. Report files are kept in private object storage and are not published as public links.

Premium and extra-report purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. COSMYNIX processes store transaction identifiers, the RevenueCat app user ID (aligned with the COSMYNIX account identifier), product/price mapping, subscription status, and entitlement records to confirm access.

COSMYNIX does not collect card numbers. The store collects payment.

Operational and security logs may be created so the service can run, debug failures, limit abuse, and record account-deletion intent.

Product analytics are not part of v1 and are not implemented. There is no product-behavior tracking, marketing-attribution SDK, or identifier stored solely for product analytics. Operational and security logs are not product analytics. No crash-reporting provider has been selected or implemented.
