Delete My Account

When you delete your account, access to your account is terminated immediately. Account/profile fields, saved birth charts and astrological inputs, chat content, memory/personalization records, generated reports, and report PDF/GCS files are taken into the deletion process. These are deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active systems within 30 days at the latest; copies in backups are removed within the 90-day cycle at the latest. This operation cannot be undone.

After Delete Account, the general “2 years after account closure” rule is not applied to account/profile or user content; there is no active account/profile copy retained for 2 years. Only limited records that must be kept for a separate purpose may remain: provider/RevenueCat subscription event history for a maximum of 24 months from the last subscription event or the Delete Account date; tax, accounting, and payment records for the relevant legal period; necessary security/dispute records for a proportionate period; and the audit/tombstone record proving the deletion operation for at least 3 years. These records cannot be used as an active user profile and cannot be used to reconstruct deleted chat, memory, report, or birth/chart content.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription started through the App Store or Google Play. To stop recurring charges, also cancel your subscription from the subscription settings of the store from which you purchased it.

Text: This operation cannot be undone. Your account/profile, chat content, memory, saved reports, and report files will be taken into the deletion process, and you will not be able to access your account again. The general 2-year account-retention rule is not applied for Delete Account. Only subscription/payment, security/dispute, and deletion-audit records may be kept with limited access for their own mandatory or approved retention periods.

Your account-deletion request has been received. Your account access has been terminated. Your account/profile, chat content, memory, saved reports, and report files have been taken into the deletion process. Deletion in active systems is completed within 30 days at the latest, and the backup cycle within 90 days at the latest. Only limited records with a separate legal/operational retention ground will be kept for the relevant period.

Account access must be closed immediately after successful verification and final confirmation.

The deletion request and the destruction operations applied must be recorded in an auditable way.

Deletable active data must be placed in the deletion queue without delay; if the processing conditions have fully ceased, legal application requests must be concluded within 30 days at the latest.

Delete Account does not trigger a 2-year retention period for account/profile. Account, profile, astrological inputs, chat, memory, generated reports, and report PDF/GCS object records must be deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active systems within 30 days at the latest. A 2-year archive copy of these data must not be kept; copies in backups must be made inaccessible within the normal backup cycle of 90 days at the latest.

For subscription event records held on the provider/RevenueCat side and by COSMYNIX, deletion/de-identification must be applied where the request is supported; only the minimum event record needed for entitlement verification, refund/objection, fraud, and audit may be kept for a maximum of 24 months. Mandatory financial documents are outside this upper bound and are subject to the statutory period.

The account-deletion audit/tombstone record must be limited to an internal user ID or one-way hash, request and completion times, method, and status; it must not carry chat, memory, report, or birth/chart content; and it must be retained for at least 3 years from the operation date.

Backup copies must be made inaccessible within the normal backup cycle and securely overwritten/destroyed.

If the user has a store subscription, a clear warning must be shown before account deletion.
