These Terms of Use govern use of the COSMYNIX website, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you declare that you have read these terms and accept them to the applicable extent. Mandatory consumer-law provisions are reserved.

COSMYNIX is a digital information and entertainment service that offers astrological calculations and artificial-intelligence-supported interpretation/summarization features. The content provided is not a definite prediction of the future, a scientific diagnosis, or a guarantee of professional advice; it does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice.

To use the service you must be at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information and for the security of your account.

You may not transfer, sell, or open your account to unauthorized access by third parties.

When entering another person’s birth/location or other personal data into the system, you must have the necessary legal authority.

Paid features are offered on the plan and price shown on the purchase screen.

For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the relevant store’s rules also apply to payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes.

If a direct web purchase is offered, price, tax, period, and automatic- renewal information are shown before payment.

Automatically renewing subscriptions may renew unless cancelled from the relevant channel’s settings before the end of the period. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not terminate access until the end of the current paid period.

Mandatory rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved. For digital content or services performed immediately in an electronic environment, the scope of the right of withdrawal may vary according to the nature of the purchase flow and the user’s explicit consent/pre-information steps. For purchases made from an application store, refund requests are assessed under that store’s procedure; for direct sales, the consumer legislation in force applies.

You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, harmful purposes, or purposes that infringe third-party rights.

You may not use the system for reverse engineering, unauthorized data extraction/scraping, security testing, automated abuse, or intensive traffic intended to disrupt the service.

You may not claim rights over the service’s source code, design, database, brand elements, and licensed content.

The user is responsible for using artificial-intelligence outputs for insult, threat, harassment, or unlawful profiling targeting third parties.

Artificial-intelligence-based outputs are produced by probabilistic systems and may contain error, omission, loss of context, or a different interpretation. You should not base critical decisions solely on these outputs. By their nature, astrological interpretations are interpretive and do not guarantee that a particular event will occur.

Intellectual-property rights in the COSMYNIX brand, interface, software, visual language, texts, and service infrastructure belong to the relevant rights holders. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for personal and lawful purposes. Rights in original content uploaded or entered by the user remain with the user; a technical license necessary to provide the service is granted to us.

We may improve or change the service’s features, or temporarily suspend them for technical/security reasons. Continuous and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. For paid services, mandatory consumer rights are preserved in respect of material and permanent changes.

Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a serious or repeated breach of the terms, a security risk, suspected fraud, or a legal obligation. Notice is given to the user when possible and legally appropriate. The user may delete their account at any time; a paid subscription may additionally need to be cancelled through the channel from which it was purchased.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, liability for indirect or unforeseeable damages may be limited; however, intent, gross negligence, bodily harm, consumer rights, or other liability that cannot legally be limited are outside this clause. This article does not eliminate the user’s mandatory legal rights.

The principles of personal-data processing are explained in the Privacy and KVKK Notice and the Retention and Destruction Policy.

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. For consumer disputes, the Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri and Tüketici Mahkemeleri provided by legislation; for disputes that are not consumer transactions, without prejudice to mandatory exclusive venue rules, İstanbul Anadolu Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri have jurisdiction.
